Using Technology to Show Properties

Homes are still being viewed all the time, but most are not being viewed in person. Here’s how homebuyers are operating a little differently these days.

Looking to buy a home? Search all homes here.
Looking to sell your home? Get a free home value report here.

With the coronavirus pandemic affecting all of our daily lives and most of our typical interactions, we’re starting to use more technology to show properties. Either the listing agent, the buyer’s agent, or the seller are using FaceTime, Google Duo, Zoom, or GoTo Meetings to take virtual tours of properties. We’re also recording tours for clients and once the video is recorded, we can upload it to YouTube or Vimeo and email it out.
