Here are five great tips to get your home ready for a profitable sale:

1. Contact us for a free consultation. We can give you tips on what to do and what not to do to get your home ready. There’s never any cost or obligation involved.

2. Making improvements vs. selling in as-is condition. What I mean by “as-is condition” is the way your home is in its current state. Whether you have an outdated kitchen, bathroom, roof, etc, we can assist.

3. Declutter your home. Walk through each room and see what you can get rid of, what you can pack away for now, and what you can adjust.

5. Hire a professional photographer. Your home's fi ...

Q: Why Is Now the Right Time to Sell?

Is now a good time to sell your home? Well, for starters, interest rates are historically low, and money has never been cheaper. This means that homebuyers can afford more than they could in the past, and many are coming to the market now to look for a home to buy. It’s also a great time to sell because inventory is at an all-time low. Finally, home prices are going up and the possibility to get more than what your home was listed for is much greater.

As we head further into June, I wanted to bring you an update on the markets that we service in Montgomery County, Delaware County, Chester County, Berks County, parts of Bucks County, and Philadelphia County.

My big message to you today is that the market is doing fantastically. Prices are up, homes are selling more quickly than normal, and we’re seeing multiple offers on more and more of our listings.

When you’re a seller, this includes having us come out to your home to help you maximize your investment through staging and other methods. It ...

Summer is a great time to be outdoors having fun, but homeowners can’t forget to take care of their properties. Here’s a quick summer maintenance checklist you can use to keep your home running smoothly:

1. Make sure there’s nothing growing in or around your HVAC unit. If any weeds, brush, or grass start growing in or around your HVAC unit, that will cause it to run less efficiently. Neglecting to check this may end up costing you thousands when you have to replace the unit, so evaluate it’s condition every summer. Also, make sure it’s balanced and not leaning to one side. Again, this can affect its efficiency.

2. Inspect your deck and patios. Check your decking for nail pops, loose nails, splinters, etc., and whether the sealing ne ...

A regular home maintenance schedule can save you thousands of dollars in repair costs down the road. Even better? You don’t need to be handy to keep your home well-maintained, so today I’ll give you a quick checklist to follow.

1. Check your HVAC or heater filter. This should be changed monthly or bi-monthly, depending on the grade of filter you use. Adding this task to your schedule will add years to your heating system.

2. Check your bathroom(s). Specifically, this inc ...
